Pet Urine Treatment in Costa Mesa, CA

Eric referred us to Gentle Genie for carpet cleaning. Turns out the homeowner had passed away, and her sister was cleaning up the house.  The original owner had 3 cats.

One room where they kept the cats often with litter boxes, as the cats got older, they began missing the litter boxes…

First, we vacuumed all the excess hair.

Using a blacklight, we located all urine spots and treated each one individually with our pet treatment solution.

We then pre-treated the rest of the carpet, and deep scrubbed all the carpet with our counter-rotating brush machine.

After a proper dwell time, using our Soft water High heat truckmount.  We thoroughly rinsed all the carpet while extracting all the dirty water. Leaving it in a lightly damp clean state with no smell.
